What Do You Charge For Your Services?
Prices vary widely based upon the type and scale of the service.

How Long Do Jobs Take?
Small jobs such as basic editing and enhancement can be completed in a few hours (depending on schedule and backlog). More involved jobs requiring custom content may take longer depending on what is involved. You will get a full and honest assessment before work begins.
Expect 24 hours for small edits and corrections, with sound design and video work taking from 3-5 days.

Will You Help Me Determine The Best Service For Me?
Absolutely! The first step will be to determine exactly what you need and if Aspect Arts is right for you. Then we will plan your project in detail to make sure your requests are clear.

When Do I Pay?
Many jobs will be billed at the completion of the task. For jobs that will cost greater than $50.00 a 50% non refundable deposit may be required before the project begins for first time clients.

What Form of Payments Do You Accept?
Aspect Arts can accept all major credit cards via electronic payment methods. It is also possible to pay with a money order or personal/business check. All materials will be released upon rendered payment.
Aspect Arts will also consider Bitcon, Etherium or other crypto currency as partial or full payment on a case by case basis.

How Do I Get My Photo/Video/Sound To You?
Depending on the number of files, and their size, there are a few different methods. You will most likely upload the images to a cloud based storage for download. And you will likely receive your finished product the same way. If you have a physical photo that needs to be digitized, a good scanner is necessary to get a file that can be worked with. Aspect Arts can help you with these steps, and also digitize your photos if necessary!

Do I Own Content That You Create For Me?
Once payment is rendered and Aspect Arts turns over the agreed upon material to you, you own all distribution and copyrights. Aspect Arts retains the rights to use images or recordings of these projects for reference and portfolio examples.

Am I Guaranteed To Be Happy With Your Work?
I will not accept full payment and consider the job done until you are satisfied with the outcome. You will have a chance to review the work before the final edits are sent to you, and generally each job's fee comes with 3 corrections or additional edits that you may request. The best client is a thrilled client.
